I’m Harriet Saxton, a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and HeartMath Coach. I obtained my Occupational Therapy BSc degree from Brunel University and Nutrition diploma from British college of Nutrition and Health and became a  Health coach at the Health Coach Institute.

My passion lies in helping people take charge of their health by making simple yet powerful lifestyle changes. I believe that wellbeing is a journey, and my role is to guide and support you in creating lasting, positive habits that truly make a difference.

How it started

I have spent my career working in health and wellbeing, creating initiatives to inspire and educate people about how to improve their physical and emotional health. But over time, I realised that knowledge alone isn’t enough - lasting change happens through action. In 2020, I became a certified health coach, allowing me to help people turn their health goals into sustainable, lifelong habits.

What drives me

At the heart of my work is behavior change, helping people set realistic, meaningful goals that align with their personal needs and circumstances. I am particularly passionate about supporting women through menopause, a stage of life that brings profound physiological changes and requires a different approach to health and self-care.

Every woman experiences menopause differently, but taking the time to nurture both physical and emotional wellbeing can make a significant difference. This is why I developed my menopause programme, helping women regain balance, energy, and confidence by focusing on the hormones they can influence through lifestyle adjustments.

My approach

My practice is shaped by my own personal journey. I have overcome my own challenges with stress and menopause through self-care, emotional regulation, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Now, I help others do the same.

My gentle 4-week programme combines hormone regulation and stress management - two key factors that influence overall health and menopause symptoms. Inspired by the brilliant work of Dr. Mindy Peltz, the programme helps restore balance between "happy hormones" and "stress hormones" while incorporating simple yet highly effective HeartMath techniques to regulate emotions and build resilience.

By combining evidence-based strategies, this holistic approach offers a powerful way to manage menopause symptoms effectively, create tangible, lasting improvements, reducing discomfort and empowering women to navigate menopause with confidence and control.
