Menopause care programme

We provide health coaching as part of our comprehensive menopause care to help women manage the physical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges associated with menopause. While physiotherapy addresses conditions such as tendinopathies, osteoporosis, or sarcopenia, health coaching focuses on lifestyle adjustments to support long-term well-being while equipping women with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health and menopause journey. Our Menopause care programme is delivered at our private clinic, with therapy room, in Lillington, Leamington Spa.

What is the Menopause care programme?

This specialised, 4-week menopause programme, based on the work by Dr Mindy Peltz, is designed to help women manage symptoms, improve well-being, and regain control over their health. With personalised coaching, either one-to-one or in group settings, the programme focuses on building sustainable habits, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional and physical resilience. Through tailored support, it helps women navigate the changes of peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause by addressing key lifestyle factors that influence hormonal balance, energy levels, and mental well-being.
