Niki Falvy, MSc
My name is Niki Falvy, and I’m the founder of My Physio Future. I obtained my master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Northampton and hold multiple national and international qualifications in sport, fitness, and dance.
As a former elite rhythmic gymnast, movement has always been at the centre of my life, shaping both my career and personal philosophy. For the past 25 years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and physical abilities, helping them discover the transformative power of exercise.
As part of this journey, over the past 7 years, I have built a local fitness community in Leamington Spa, where I encourage and support people in living an active, balanced lifestyle. I believe in leading by example - embracing exercise as a lifelong practice and inspiring others to prioritise their health in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, and fulfilling.

How it started
Through years of dedication to professional sport and performance, I’ve faced the challenges of overcoming injuries firsthand, including surgeries, early osteoarthritis, and multiple bulging discs.
Twenty years ago, a neurosurgeon told me I would never dance again - solely based on my MRI. I proved them wrong. Physiotherapy played a vital role in my recovery, helping me regain function, manage pain, and return to movement. It also deepened my understanding of the holistic nature of the human body - which never ceases to amaze me - and solidified my knowledge that exercise is both a physical and psychological medicine, backed by strong evidence.
In 2021, I was honoured to observe a physiotherapy back pain research programme at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham (ROH), where I had the privilege of learning from David Rogers, programme lead, advanced physiotherapy practitioner, and author of Back to Life. Their approach - deeply rooted in the biopsychosocial model - strongly resonates with me and now forms the foundation of every therapy session I provide, as well as my own Back pain & care programme at My Physio Future.
What drives me
I have experienced firsthand how empowering it is to take control of your recovery with the right guidance, mindset, and the confidence to trust your body again.
My mission is to provide expert care that goes beyond the physical, incorporating the emotional and social aspects of healing. I focus on helping you find an approach that works for you, one that is sustainable, effective, enjoyable, and keeps you inspired and motivated long-term.
I love helping people fall in love with movement, whether that’s hiking, swimming, dancing, or simply moving with confidence again. I truly believe there is something for everyone - we just need to find it.
Today, my greatest drive is to share this knowledge and passion with everyone who walks through my door, helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience to recover, while equipping them with the skills to manage their own health long-term, regardless of their starting point.
My approach
I combine the latest physiotherapy research, my experience as an elite athlete, dancer, and fitness community leader to create a unique and holistic care. My role is to guide, educate, and help you understand your body and condition while supporting you in making informed choices that not only aid recovery but also enhance your overall well-being for years to come.
